What types of trucks do you have available?

Our fleet consists of boom trucks, stake trucks with or without a mounted forklift, tractor-trailers, cube vans, and pickup trucks. Our comprehensive fleet allows us to efficiently service even the most challenging delivery requirements. Contact us to discuss your needs.

What’s required of me to ensure safe and reliable delivery?

Our experienced inside sales team will go over your project and jobsite details to make sure we’re prepared to deliver the job right — and the more information you give us, the better we’re able to assist you. We may require jobsite photos. If we determine that a jobsite inspection is required, our qualified operations team will do an onsite assessment prior to your scheduled delivery to ensure the work can be completed safely and efficiently.

When can we deliver?

Our delivery team works from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Once your delivery has been scheduled, you will be provided with a four-hour window in which to expect us. Upon request, we can provide an additional one hour’s notice.

Where can we deliver?

Our primary delivery area is the greater Ottawa-Gatineau region. We also actively service the areas of:

  • Pembroke
  • Petawawa

  • Smiths Falls
  • Perth
  • Kingston
  • Brockville
  • Cornwall
  • Hawkesbury

We’re a member of the Timber Mart group, which has a national network of dealers that can follow your building materials from coast to coast. We’ve also extended our specialty product lines to the entire provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

Do you have a minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order for delivery in-store pickup. Small delivery orders are priced accordingly.

How much do you charge for delivery and handling?

Our delivery and handling fees are based on your needs — for example, whether you’re looking for curbside delivery or carry-in service. Please contact us for a quote and more information.

Can you do my takeoff for me?

A gypsum material takeoff for residential homes can be provided for an additional fee, which will be credited to you upon placing your material order with Morin Supply. Please contact us for more information.

How long do I have to cancel an order I placed?

We require any order to be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. If you must cancel your order less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. Special orders are not returnable, refundable, or cancellable.

Can I return material? Will I incur fees?

We accept material returns with proof of purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. The products must be returned to Morin Supply in their original unopened condition without any damage. If you require us to pick up the material, additional fees will apply. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable, refundable, or cancellable.

What is your general turnaround time for delivery orders?

Delivery of in-stock items can usually be accommodated within 24 hours. Additional lead times should be expected for special order items.

Do you do basement deliveries?

Yes, though basements deliveries may have restrictions based on access. For example, your stair configurations may limit the size of the materials we can deliver. When we enter a home, our delivery team must keep their outdoor footwear on for health and safety reasons, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to protect surfaces prior to our arrival.
