Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) are a general class of non-load-bearing building cladding systems. EIFS provide the exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant, finished surface using an integrated composite material system. Such a system commonly consists of an insulation board attached adhesively or mechanically, or both, to the substrate wall, a reinforced base coat, and a textured protective finish coat.

Wall coatings are exterior cladding and surfacing products that can be used with EIFS, stucco and concrete protection in commercial properties and public infrastructure.
